By Free Shuttle Bus

The park operates a complimentary double-decker bus service for ticket holders, running daily from several key locations in the south.

Routes: Service is available from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, and Costa Adeje.

Pickup Points: Major stops include CC Pasarela and Sol Arona in Los Cristianos; CC Presidente, Best Tenerife, and Llanos de Troya in Playa de las Américas; and CC El Duque, Fañabé Plaza, and Ocean Park in Costa Adeje.

Frequency: Buses typically run every 30 minutes between 9:30 AM and 1 PM, and again between 3 PM and 6 PM.

Driving to the park is straightforward via the island's main motorway, the TF-1.

From the South: If traveling from Los Cristianos or Playa de las Américas, take the TF-1 and use Exit 73.

From the North: If traveling from Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz, take the TF-1 and use Exit 73 or 74.

Parking: On-site paid parking is available for guests. The spaces are limited, so early arrival is advised.

By Public Bus (TITSA)

The local green bus network, TITSA, provides several routes that stop near the park or at the nearby Estación Costa Adeje, which is a short walk from the entrance.

From Puerto de la Cruz (North): Take Line 343, which offers a direct connection to the south.

From Santa Cruz: Take Line 110 or 111 to the Costa Adeje bus station.

From Los Gigantes: Take Line 473 or 477.

Siam Park provides a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable visit.

Free services included with park admission consist of sun loungers, tubes, life jackets, and umbrellas, all available on a first-come, first-served basis. High-speed Wi-Fi is also accessible throughout the premises at no additional cost.

For personal belongings, the park offers secure locker rentals located near the entrance and at various points throughout the interior. Small lockers and large lockers are available for a small fee, plus a refundable deposit.

Spacious dressing rooms and shower facilities are provided free of charge, though guests are encouraged to bring their own towels or purchase them at the on-site shops if needed.

Siam Park is committed to providing an inclusive environment, though the nature of certain high-speed water attractions may present physical limitations. Most of the park's primary pathways are wide, paved, and step-free, allowing for smooth navigation via wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Amphibious Wheelchairs: The park provides specialized amphibious wheelchairs, allowing guests with reduced mobility to access the water at Siam Beach and enjoy the Wave Palace.

Ride Accessibility: While many adrenaline slides require guests to be able to climb stairs and maintain a specific physical brace position, several attractions are more accessible. The Mai Thai River (lazy river) and the Wave Palace are generally accessible with assistance.

Elevated Views: For guests who cannot use the slides, the Sky Tower offers an accessible vantage point with panoramic views of the park and the Costa Adeje coastline.

Restrooms and Parking: Fully adapted toilets are distributed across the park’s main service hubs. Additionally, designated disabled parking spaces are available near the main entrance for those arriving by private vehicle.

Shuttle Services: The free shuttle buses operating from Los Cristianos and Las Américas are equipped with ramps to accommodate standard wheelchairs.

The Floating Market serves as the park’s central hub for shopping and traditional Thai aesthetics.

Set upon wooden walkways over a tranquil lake, this area features a collection of authentic Thai-style huts where visitors can purchase official Siam Park merchandise.

Available items include branded apparel such as t-shirts and swim trunks featuring the park’s iconic dragon logo, as well as practical essentials like high-factor sunscreen, water shoes, and waterproof phone pouches.

The market also offers a selection of unique Thai handicrafts and small gifts, providing a relaxed shopping experience away from the water attractions.
